"John Riggs and all the people at Pigtrail our outstanding!!. We bought our first HD at Pigtrail and found the service to be above anything we have come encountered before. A few months after we bought the crossbones. My husband wanted a special rack put on the back without changing the taillights and Red and the guys at the service department spent about 45 minutes looking up parts to make it work. We are from the Wcihita Ks. area and after buying the HD at Pigtrail we went to our local Wichita HD dealership for a used trike they had. The local HD in Wichita was such a disappointment. No one would wait on us to buy the trike and the sales people were standing around talking to each other. After about 45minutes we had to ask someone to help us buy the bike! We decided right then and there that all our loyality would be at Pigtrail. We tell our friends it is worth the 4 1/2 hr drive.
When we went to get the 1000 mile tuneup at Pigtrail, John Riggs came up to us and remembered our names!!
Don't even think about going anywhere else to buy your bike or get your service done. Pigtrail HD is the model for every buisness in America and the staff are outstanding and go the extra mile for "whatever it takes to make it work for you"

"John Riggs, a man I barely knew, a man who has changed my life. Lately I have become bored with every aspect of my life. I go to work and come home... the monotiny was agonizing. I see friends, family members and other people riding harley's and well they just seem more content with things, more laid back, happier and thats when it hit me...you only live once so why spend your life watching other people enjoy the thing you want most. So I decided to head on over to pig trail with a co-worker of mine to see what I could do about my new found obsession with hd's, thats where he introduced me to John and it was like someone turned on the lights. Despite my salary and age John made me feel like there was no doubt he could get me riding and well he did. Not only that but he sold my antique car and got me more money on my trade in than I had ever hoped. He also kept my payment about $65 below what my budget allows which keeps more money in my pocket to go ride. I couldnt ask for more and I'm eternally grateful for all he has done for me. "We had been looking for a bike for several years. Last fall we got real serious and stopped by and visited with Reid Thompson. It had been over 25 years since I had been on a bike. Reid made the journey very smooth for us. We got serious again last month and decided it was time to purchase a bike. Reid showed us all that would fit our needs and we purchased a Road King. The bike was a trade in from a Florida biker. Reid took us back to the mechanic shop and had the crew explain to us the repairs and what we could expect out of the bike. I enrolled in the Riders Edge class with Tim and Marley. Those men are very enlightened in all aspects of motorcycling and are very serious about riding. Their commitment to saftey execeeds anything that I have ever experience. They are straight forward with their expectations and will not take excuses or substandard participation. I recommend to everyone that gets with a 5 feet of a motorcycle to take this course. I was amazed and ashamed at how terrible of a driver I had become over the past 45 years...thanks men for helping me re-focus my attention on saftey. The graduation that Ron put together has more fanfare than most high school graduations. They even had a cake for us! Tim even has a spokesperson from the HOG chapter give a presentation. They really make me feel like they wanted me to be a part of the HD family from the first night of class. Another demonstration of a class act! The Riders Edge prepared me for the state test, but most importantly it prepared me to enjoy our new bike in a safe and comfortable manner. There are lines that I will not cross now that I have the Riders Edge class behind me. From the staff that stayed over on our class tour night to the service department to the wash tech to all envolved, WE SAY THANK YOU for making our HD experience a pleasant one. We came to the dealership with two requirements: 1) A fair deal and 2) honesty and character from all people involved. We were not disappointed. If all employees are as forthright as Reid Thompson then the owners do not have anything to worry about (excpect running out of bikes). Reid took time with us over the past 5 months to make sure we felt comfortable with the bike that fit us. For that I am grateful. Reid demonstrated a quality that you can not hire. He knows that his next sale is determined by the honesty and character displayed in the last sale. In order to close a deal you must stand good on two things: 1) Money, I stood good for that and 2) Intergrity and Honesty that can stand the test of time, Reid stood good for that! Oh, I know it is a business but at Pig Trail HD it is more than that. Just stop by and visit with Reid and you will see what I am talking about.

Just wanted you to know that I seen this and I know that you have too! I just wanted to say it out loud that I really appreciate
what you and your people are doing and did for one of my fellow riders / friends from Monroeville, PA. that when his bike broke during our CVO get together in Eureka Springs last summer you guys really step up to the plate. Not only did you get his bike fixed quickly you made him FEEL that he was going to be taken care of NO MATTER WHAT and back on the road ASAP.
I know that a lot of dealerships tries to get there customers back on the road as fast as possible and allot of them does a GREAT job of that. Dave was going to do a chrome starter upgrade when he got back home to PA. His starter broke in Eureka Springs and he was afraid that he could not find a starter little alone a chrome one. Your people told him that they would get him going even if it meant pulling a starter off a new bike. WOW! You did have a chrome starter in stock and all Dave paid was the difference in the cost between the stock starter and the chrome starter. You diserve to be on that list......

"We first came to Pig Trail to look at bikes during their anniversary sale. We met Bryan "Ace" Emerson and he told us everything we wanted to know about being a Harley owner. He did not try to sell us a bike he was honest and answered all of our questions. Bryan convinced us that buying a Harley was the right decision for us. Monday we came back and bought our dream bike (2009 Heritage Softail Classic). We were introduced to Wendy (Bryan's wife) and she spent the next two hours helping us with our riding gear. "Bryan Emerson and wife Wendy were fantastic to us this weekend. We purchased the '09 Screamin' Eagle that Paul rode for a while. "I was taking one last summer trip on my bike and decided to make Eureka Springs one of my stops to see the Pig Trail and the store in Eureka Springs. After leaving Tulsa I ended up getting lost in NW Arkansas while riding some of the most beautiful country I have ever seen. I called the store in Eureka Springs and they helped me find my way to the store, problem was I was quite a bit away from where I should have been and there was no way that I would have been able to make it there before they closed on Sunday. Marty and Joanie were amazing, they kept the store open an extra 30 minutes to give me time to get there and were as friendly as anyone that I have met at any HD store while I shopped. I LOVE these ladies. They helped me pick out the perfect "take home" shirts for my kids along with some swag for myself and a guardian bell for my buddy. Northwest Arkansas is probably one of the best places on earth to be lost on a bike, but the service at the store in Eureka Springs also makes it one of the best places to be found! I even stopped in and had a bite at the Rockin' Pig Saloon at the recommendation of the beautiful ladies at the store. The pulled pork sandwich and fries were great and the company of some other travelers was awesome. Thanks for the great time and amazing service. I'll be back for a week next summer instead of just a pass through for vacation you all did such a great job!"

"When me and my wife came in it did not take long for a salesman to help us. He didn't try and sell us a more expensive bike or try or stear us in another direction. They gave me the best price on my trade in that they could the first time around. Everybody there treated us as if we had known each other for years and made us fell really welcome and did not make us fell like we were just another coustemer or dollar sign. "I purchased a 2002 Road King in August from Reed Thompson. It took about a week for Reed to find what I was looking for but I knew when he called me, that what he had at the store was exactly what I was looking for. I felt absolutly no pressure to buy and I didn't at any time feel I was having my time wasted. Reed shot me straight and got me what I feel was the best deal for my money. I have been very pleased with my Harley and the quality of service I recieve at "Pig Trail H.D." I got to tell you guys. If yoy have never been there it is worth the stop. They treat you like a friend not just another number. I looked around the show room for a while and seen what i was looking for. "On 9/12/08 my wife and i bought our first Harley a beautiful black 09 Street Glide. I had a VTX 1300 an my friends that had Harleys had been telling me there wasn't thing like riding a Harley. "I made a call on a random morning just to see if I would be able to even think about getting a buell. Getting to the department that I needed was realy easy with the phone system and once I was on the phone with Ann it was like white on rice. I must have had a five min talk about some of my personal information and she was like I will call you back in an hour. It took five min's and the only thing that she wanted to know was what color I wanted "so long as it came in black". The only thing I did on my part was get insurance and I made arrangements with Ann to be there two days from that conversation.
Ann gives me a call about noon on Friday and wants to know if I am okay and what time I would be there, that was very thoughtfull, and then when I show up she made the whole place help me with a Helmit, Jacket, Gloves and a few other things. It was like the whole world stoped that day because I was there. On top of all that she got an insurance quote just incase I needed it and I did not even ask for that. The whole experiance was unreal. ANN YOUR THE GREATEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO MOTORCYCLES. Just with this experance will make me want to take the 3 hour drive to come back for parts, service and events you guys take part in.

"I took the Riders Edge beginners course to do somewhat of a "try before you buy" attempt at riding a motorcycle, and what an experience it was. With no pressure at all from the guys at Pig Trail, I found myself a new passion for riding and a new Harley to enjoy it with. Before the course was out, I did some sit testing of what felt like all of the bikes in the shop, finally stopping on the '08 Nightster. After some long discussions about price, accessories etc. I decided that I wanted this bike to be mine from the start, start from bone stock and work my way up... "Well as things would have it, I was in need of a rear tire for my 07Ultra while on a road trip. I was impressed that for #1, it was in stock, and #2 that I was in and out within two hours. What great service! During the wait time, I was able to preview the dealership and was impressed to say the least. Pricing on all bikes, what an ease that was so I can compare when I'm thinking of trading one in. The only problem (not really) is that due to the HOG rally, the selection of shirts was pretty well picked over, but that's okay, as I know I'll be back in '09. "We were traveling from Tulsa to Washington DC for rolling thunder. Somewhere in Arkansas on hwy 412 the rear wheel on my 95 Wide Glide split along the tire bead. No cell phone coverage we knocked on the door of a nearby house and used their phone to call Pig Trail HD. They said they would send a truck to pick us up. We waited (nervously and worried our trip was finished) on the side of the road for some time and were so happy to see that truck. They hauled us and the bike over an hour back to the shop. With no wheel available for our bike that day they were kind enough to take us to a hotel for the night. We were in shock when 10:30 the next morning the service manager called to say our bike was ready to go! We had mentioned we were on the road to rolling thunder and rushed our bike through. We had planned extra time on our trip to enjoy the back roads to DC, having lost one day we hit the Interstate(yuk) for three days and reached our hotel near DC on Thursday as planned. The bike ran great the rest of the trip which included a stop in Key West Florida, total of 4,900 miles. Thanks so much to the Service Department turning a disaster into a exciting trip."

"Thank you Paul Johnson for a great dealership and Rod Dean for a great buying experience. Sharon and I decided to step up to the touring family of Harley's. I contacted Rod at Pig Trail Harley Davidson and we discussed my new interest. He took the time to explain the features of the different models and the 2008 upgrades. We stayed in touch the next few weeks as I visited the local dealers. Not once did a local salesman take the time to evaluate what bike would be best for Sharon and I, so we continually bounced ideas off Rod. When I had made my choice it just so happened Pig Trail had the identical model, color, and options due to arrive within a few weeks. The FLHTCU Electra Glide Ultra in Candy Red Sunglo w/ ABS brakes. Rod simply asked, "Do you want me to lock it up for you?"
Now traveling 350 miles to purchase a Harley didn't seam logical considering I live where 8 dealerships exist within a 60 mile radius. Even though one of the local boys had the bike in stock we made the decision to give Rod and Pig Trail the business and brother, I was not disappointed. Rod and I discussed various upgrades that I wanted prior to pick up and I was very pleased that Pig Trail offered all of the services requested. Especially the diamond cut jugs to compliment the SE110 engine package.
The staff at Pig Trail scrambled to complete the bike upgrades so we could take possession during our planned vacation and they hit the mark. Arriving a couple of days early we were greeted by Jeff and Ken who walked us back to the shop where Randal (another familiar face) was finishing up the bike. They all took the time to answer our questions and explain various features. Rod attended to every detail of the purchase and the bike literally sparkled. He covered all the bike functions, manual service points, and financials. He made quiet clear that our approval and happiness was priority and this is exactly what a major purchase should feel like.
The entire purchase experience was a pleasure and I will certainly recommend others to visit Pig Trail.

"Hello we came to town for BBQ my friend just had bought a 2007 Screamin Eagle Ultra Classic at our home town dealership on wed Sept 27th at 5PM we left at 6AM on the 28th no problems pulled on Dickson St backed a parking place he went to move over. No fire we thought OK just hot from the long line in at 10 PM still NO fire , He calls Harley 800 number ( They ask him if the bike was OK to leave on the street ALL NIGHT ) We call Pig Trail Number got Action Towing they brought a trailer stored it over night took gary to his motel In Bentonville Ar. Picked him up at 8 AM took him to Pig Trail Harley , John Swain in service got his bike in on the service floor by 8:30AM ( with no appointment ) rainman ( Kevin ) sorry I didn't get the last name he found the problem but being a 2007 harley had no part number , we had called our home town dealership with our problem since Harley only pays for one warranty tear down and repair ( we needed to be back in Indiana monday AM
so Kevin told us he could make the bike run so we could get it home Ok , another call to OUR home town HARLEY SHOP ( still no return call from our HOMETOWN STORE , SO OUR HATS ARE OFF TO JOHN AND KEVIN SO WE COULD enjoy the RALLY and get home OK , One top NOTCH HARLEY SHOP PIG TRAIL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE NEED ON A DAY MAY HAVE BEEN THEIR BUSIEST to date Thanks Again everyone at PIG TRAIL HARLEY a place I would fill honored to say that is where I worked ( I LIVED there but we live in Terre Haute In.

"After traveling 1800 miles across country, I began experiencing mechanical difficulties with my 05 Road King Custom. Without an appointment, Pig Trails brought my bike right in and placed her on the Dyno. It turns out that my hometown dealer left me 'hanging.' They had installed a 1550 High Torque Kit and failed to install a Race Tuner. This caused my bike to run poorly the more miles I put on her. Pig Trails even gave me a ride two towns over, since they kept her over night.
I cannot say enough about the courtousy of the staff, expecially John and Cat in service, Jennifer in apparel (always have to buy that T-shirt,)and Mark the mechanic: He didn't lie; my bike now runs like a 'scalded monkey.' "

"On 9/12/06 i was in the Fayetteville area scoping out upcoming venues for Bikes Blues and BBQ. I knew about your open house, so i was planning on stopping by. My visit became urgent when i arrived in Fayetteville and discovered an oil leak on my '06 Ultra. Upon my arrival John Swain met me, with a friendly smile and a can do attitude. Thanks to John, the service manager and the tech that worked on my bike, i was back on the road with in 2 hours. Thanks to all of your staff.
