About the 2021 Pan America™ 1250
Your experience with the 2021 Pan America™ 1250 at Pig Trail Harley-Davidson® begins when you take a moment to appreciate its aggressive, edgy style. All Harley-Davidson® models on the road today have similar design language, and the Pan America™ 1250 presents its branding without losing its individuality. For example, the brand’s iconic fuel tank has a recognizable teardrop shape, but it has a flat bottom and a forward-leaning stance. Uniquely, the tank does not have a traditional logo. Instead, it has capitalized initials. This tank and the squared-off fairing are the only body-colored elements on the 2021 Harley-Davidson® Pan America™ 1250 in Rogers. The body colors available are Vivid Black and River Rock Gray.
The two-person seat on the Pan America™ 1250 has the same squared-off feel as you will find on the fairing and the fuel tank. However, it has a floating design that leaves a considerable amount of space between it and the rear wheel. The dual-bar wheel design shows off the beefiness of the rear tire, and these features are partially concealed by the large, flared exhaust pipe that angles powerfully upward at the rear. On the opposite side of this single-pipe feature, the engine’s chain drive is exposed to add to the Pan America™ 1250’s machined look. In addition, the inverted fork carries the innovative, rectangular headlight and the fairing. The fairing is accompanied by a detachable wind guard.
The 2021 Pan America™ 1250 draws 150 horsepower from a liquid-cooled Revolution Max 1250 powertrain. This is an all-new engine for the Harley-Davidson® lineup, and it combines with the bike’s light weight and lowered center of gravity to produce thrills across every mile. This functionality is boosted by your choice of five driving modes. These are Off-Road, Off-Road Plus, Sport, Road and Rain. The Pan America™ 1250’s capabilities are elevated further with the Adaptive Ride Height system, the cornering-enhanced anti-locking brakes, the cornering-enhanced traction control system and the superior suspension system. This system gives you a linkage-mounted and piggyback-style mono shock system, and it is bolstered by adjustable compression and rebound engineering.
Through your test rides in Rogers and Eureka Springs, you can appreciate the adrenaline-boosting capabilities of this bike. While it is presented as a no-frills bike, you may be thrilled to learn that it retains its lightweight status while also delivering a few modern features. For example, a 6.8-inch TFT display screen with touch functionality is mounted on the compact dashboard. This display screen offers controls to the H-D App’s features, and these include hands-free calling, the sound system and the navigation system. The screen also offers stats for the trip computer, the fuel level, the gear, the speed, the cruise control status and other essentials. Optional equipment includes voice recognition with Bluetooth tech and a headset intercom system.
