As a Harley-Davidson Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products to customers. The primary focus of this role is to utilize relationship-based selling techniques and hospitality values to create a positive and memorable experience for customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
Provide a warm and welcoming environment to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest Harley-Davidson motorcycles, accessories, and merchandise.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of each product to potential customers.
Provide detailed information about customization options to meet individual customer preferences.

Relationship-Based Selling: Utilize relationship-based selling techniques to understand customer needs and preferences.
Tailor product recommendations based on customer profiles and preferences.
Foster long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty.

Hospitality Values: Embrace and embody hospitality values in all customer interactions.
Ensure a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the showroom.

Qualifications:

  • Valid motorcycle endorsement or license
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of relationship-based selling techniques.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a hospitality mindset.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales and marketing is a plus.

Commission-based pay with earning potential from $40,000 to $100,000 per year

Position Summary

The Service Porter plays a critical role in maintaining the professional image and operational flow of our Service Department. This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual with a strong eye for quality control, organization, and presentation. The right candidate has high personal standards, takes initiative, and ensures every motorcycle and customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Motorcycle Handling & Quality Control

  • Move motorcycles safely and efficiently between service, wash bay, and showroom.
  • Perform pre- and post-service quality checks to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
  • Inspect completed units for cosmetic or service-related concerns before customer delivery.
  • Ensure all serviced motorcycles are clean, polished, and customer-ready.

Department Organization & Support

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service drive, wash bay, and shop areas.
  • Assist technicians and service advisors with daily operational needs.
  • Keep service parking areas organized and properly staged.
  • Monitor and maintain supplies needed for wash and detailing processes.

Customer Experience Support

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane.
  • Assist with motorcycle intake and delivery processes.
  • Help create a premium, welcoming service experience that reflects our award-winning reputation.

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to safely operate motorcycles (endorsement required).
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push motorcycles safely around shop and property when needed.
  • Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

We are seeking friendly, energetic applicants for a part-time cashier and part time apparel sales positions, with possible full time (based on experience), in our fast-paced Harley-Davidson motorcycle dealership. Applicants must be available to work on Saturdays.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic computer / data-entry skills
  • Good telephone etiquette, experience with business phone systems a plus.
  • Friendly personality to engage with customers
  • Be detail oriented and have excellent counting / money-handling skills
